Top-seeded North Star Academy defeated defending Champion and third-seeded Philip’s Academy of Newark 34-32 to win the 2023 CSAL Elementary School Boys Basketball Championship.
Top-seeded North Star Academy defeated second-seeded KIPP TEAM Academy to win the 2023 CSAL Middle School Boys Basketball Championship. North Star Academy became the first school in CSAL history to win the Boys and Girls Basketball Championships in the same season.
